Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is a performer as well as a businesswoman, inventor, and model. Following her start in her native country she eventually moved to Hollywood and found great successes there. George is a Perth native who became interested at first in artistic dance and roller skating. George began her modeling career at the age of an teen and was awarded the Western Australian Teenage Model in 1992. The first time she appeared on screen was an Episode of the Seven Networks' soap opera Home and Away the following year. She had her big-screen debut in the mystery thriller Dark City and essayed various supporting roles in projects such as Alias The Limey and Down with Love prior to making her debut appearance as a lead female character in the mainstream Hollywood project in the 2005 version of The Amityville Horror . At present she is the most desired Australian ex-pats within the American film and entertainment industry. George introduced Style Snaps, her product as an inventor.
