Sharon Yvonne Stone, born March 10, 1958 at Meadville (Pennsylvania) She is her mother's Dorothy Lawson, a former employee at a factory and Joseph William Stone, a maker of tools and dies. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone is a gifted student in the classroom as a young child, began her second grade education at the age of five. Stone graduated from high school with a certificate at Saegertown located in Saegertown in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone winning Miss Crawford County. Stone together with her Aunt in 1977, made the move to New Jersey for a modeling job. She signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week after. In Europe Stone spent a full year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone however became disillusioned in Europe by the fashion industry, and decided to venture to acting. She was 20 when she appeared in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories" that received mixed praises.
