Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958, to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant, and Joseph William Stone 2nd, who was a former tool and die worker as well as a factory worker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick. She is one of three sisters. Stone was regarded as an academically talented child when she began the second grades at five. She graduated with a high school diploma at Saegertown which is located in Saegertown situated in Pennsylvania in 1975. She was crowned Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of the Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone together with her Aunt in 1977, made the move in New Jersey for a modeling job. She was signed by Ford Modeling Agency a week later. After spending a year in Milan and Paris the model moved to Europe. However, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene within Europe and decided to go into acting while in the country. She was 20 when she appeared in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories" with mixed receptions.
